SIA Baltic Skate Supply ("we") operates balticskate.supply. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We are the data controller of your personal information. Our store runs on Shopify.

What we collect

  • Contact and order details: name, email, phone, billing and shipping address.
  • Payment information (processed securely by our payment provider — we don't store full card details).
  • Account details, if you create an account.
  • Order and transaction history.
  • Messages you send us.
  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and cookie data about how you use the site.

How we use it, and our legal basis

  • To process and ship your orders, handle returns, and provide customer support (to perform our contract with you).
  • To send marketing emails, if you've opted in (consent — you can unsubscribe anytime).
  • To keep the site secure and prevent fraud (our legitimate interest).
  • To meet legal and tax obligations (legal obligation).

Who we share it with
We share data only as needed to run the shop:

  • Shopify — hosting and store platform, and to send emails you've signed up for.
  • Montonio — to process payments and deliver your orders.
  • Authorities, where legally required.

These providers process data on our behalf. Some may be located outside the EEA; where that happens, transfers are protected by mechanisms such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it
We keep your data as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes, then delete it.

Your rights
Under GDPR you can: access your data, correct it, delete it, receive a copy (portability), object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email info@balticskate.supply. You also have the right to complain to Latvia's Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija, dvi.gov.lv).
