DELIVERY & SHIPPING
DELIVERY
We ship across Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania by courier, parcel locker, or pickup point. Any order with a deck ships by courier only, as decks are too long for lockers. All other items can go by courier or parcel locker.
SHIPPING COST
Shipping is free on all orders over €120. Below that, shipping costs €5 across Latvia and €9 across Estonia & Lithuania.
DELIVERY TIME
Orders placed before 12:00 on a working day are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 ship the next working day. You'll receive a tracking link once your order is on its way. Depending on your location, delivery takes 1–3 working days within Latvia and 2–4 working days across Estonia and Lithuania.
PAYMENT
CARDS
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and UnionPay.
BANK LINKS
Pay directly from your bank account via Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, LHV, Artea, Luminor, N26, Coop Pank and Indexo.
PRICES AND VAT
All prices include VAT where applicable. You'll see the full total, including any shipping, before you confirm your order.
RETURNS
RETURNS
You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We want you to be happy with your gear.
CONDITION
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
HOW TO RETURN SOMETHING
Email us at info@balticskate.supply with your order number, and we'll walk you through it. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If something arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping - this is on us.
REFUNDS
Once we've received and checked your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days.
